Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mockiso (the "Service"), including the website, the studio and any related services. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to them on its behalf.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Plans, trials and billing

• mockiso offers a Free plan and paid subscription plans (currently Pro and Studio), billed monthly or yearly in US dollars.
• New accounts receive a one-time, 1-day free trial of the Pro plan. No payment method is required. When the trial ends, the account moves to the Free plan automatically unless you subscribe.
• Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments, who is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Dodo Payments handles payment processing, sales tax/VAT, invoicing and payment-related customer service.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page; you keep paid features until the end of the current period.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply from your next renewal.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the screenshots, images and text you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store and process Your Content solely to operate the Service for you. You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload Your Content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

5. Use of exported images

Images you export on a paid plan may be used for personal and commercial purposes, including app store listings, websites, advertising and client work. Images exported on the Free plan include a small watermark that must not be removed. Device models are stylized approximations; you are responsible for complying with third-party trademark guidelines when depicting branded devices.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape or overload the Service.
• Do not resell or redistribute the Service itself without our written permission.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination your right to use the Service ends and we may delete Your Content after a reasonable period.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect.
